BOOKING POLICY

• Maximum of 10 guests (including children)
• Primary renter must be a minimum of 30 years old. You will be asked to provide a copy of your drivers license and required to sign a rental agreement, a boat liability waiver.
• Only people listed on the lease are allowed on the property.
• If you are renting our Lake Naomi home, you group must abide by the Pocono Pines Community Association code of conduct and our house rules.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome.  You will be required to sign a pet addendum and pay the pet fee.
• No smoking allowed
• No parties or events allowed except with written permission of the owner.
• Check-in is 3:30PM. Check-out is 11AM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations are refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in.
• If you need to cancel your reservation within 15 days prior to check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the total rental fee, plus 100% of cleaning, linens and dog fees paid.
• Less than 15 days of arrival, no rental fees will be refunded but you will still receive reimbursement of any dog, linens and cleaning fees paid.
• If you are within 30 days of your stay, and we are able to secure a suitable replacement for the period you booked, we will refund up to the total amount paid by the second guest, less a $250 administrative fee.  Any reimbursement of rents paid will not exceed that paid by the original guest.
• We recommend you consider purchasing vacation cancellation insurance. REGARDING LAKE NAOMI CLUB

• You must purchase a temporary membership if you are interested in using the pools, club house, community beaches and community center.  Please let us know if this is of interest and we can let you know if a Temporary Membership is available.
