ABOUT CYNTHIA: Allure Magazine called Cynthia Crisp “One of the best-kept secrets in NYC.” We’re lucky she now makes the Catskills her home where she offers a wide range of alternative bodywork, massage modalities, and energetic healing. Cynthia is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a certified Shamanic Healer and Teacher. She tailors each session to what you need.

Cynthia is a well-known shamanic practitioner and healer since the mid 90's. She offers shamanic healing which would include: Soul Retrievals, Power Retrievals, Extraction/Intrusion, and Psychopomp. She would also be available to lead a drumming circle and Fire Ceremony. (Sessions to heal a person from past traumas, remove what doesn't belong in them and return what has been lost.)

ABOUT KYLE: Kyle began practicing Yoga during a transitional period of his life and fell in love with the way the practice calmed his mind and energized his body. In the summer of 2018, he completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Ashtanga Mysore Yoga Shala in Mysore, India.

30 minute guided meditation held indoors or outside. $40 per person
