We purchased the house on Lake Naomi in 2007. It was there our kids learned to ski and snowboard. We spent holidays on Lake Naomi with our extended family, and continue to enjoy the lake, especially in the fall when the colors are at their brightest. Our children are adults now and we love hosting them and their friends when they can get away from their busy lives in New York and Philadelphia. Since 2007 we have rented the house to hundreds of families, when we aren’t able to use it. We hope you will check out our 5 star reviews. We have earned “Premier host” status on VRBO and “Super Host” status on Airbnb.

The video below is kind of our inspiration, but the house is far more luxurious than Green Acres and we unfortunately don’t have Arnold Ziffel to keep us company. If you’re not old enough to have seen the show, ask your parents.

Smoking of any kind is NOT ALLOWED inside the property or outside near any open windows. If the house smells like smoke you will be charged a minimum of $250 for smoke abatement. Smoking outside is permitted. Please DO NOT leave cigarette butts on the ground or on the floor of the patio.
We allow well-behaved pets to vacation with you.
We charge a refundable security deposit for all stays. This will be refunded to you within 1 week of your departure. It is unusual that we make deductions from a security deposit however we have deducted for (1) excessive cleaning paid to our cleaning staff (2) carpet cleaning for dog waste or because it is clear that someone has been smoking in the house (3) air cleaning when the house smells like someone was smoking (4) replacement of broken or damaged furniture and appliances due to misuse or abuse.
In order to use the club’s facilities you need to purchase a temporary membership. Let us know if this is of interest to you and we will help you facilitate this. Currently only 4 memberships are allowed per year.

We have partnered with wellness providers in the area who will visit the property to provide services to our guests. For massage, there is a 2 person minimum. Yoga is available for groups up to 10 people. If you are interested in connecting with these services, please ask us!
Both properties are equipped withe fastest internet service available in the area. At our lakeside property, we recommend the sunporch as it includes a sliding door that removes you from any noise inside the house. A table and 2 chairs are provided. At French Woods, a working desk is available in the room adjacent to the kitchen.
