What’s included:

•  3-hour party for up to 35 people, in the French Woods Barn and 12-acre grounds.
•  2 staff (5 hours each). Duties include 1 hour set up and 1 hour knock down of existing furniture and rentals, serving prepared/catered food, clean up during the party, building and maintaining fires in the two firepits. Staff may NOT serve alcohol.
•  Existing furnishings
•  Wood for 2 outdoor firepits
•  Cleaning barn and outdoor party space, yard, and firepits after the party
•  Trash cans & trash removal
•  1 flushable porta-potty with sink on site. Party guests may not use the Farmhouse indoor bathrooms.

Requirements:

•  Signed rental agreement
•  $500 refundable security deposit for staff overages, excess cleaning, smoke abatement or/and damage to property or rentals
• Event Insurance – Guests are required to obtain event liability insurance for no less than $1,000,000 listing Denise Wash, Bruce Freedman, and French Woods Farmhouse as the co-insured.
•  NY State single day alcohol permit (required, if applicable, cost is $36)
•  2+ night rental of French Woods Farmhouse to coincide with party date
